ABOUT HANS BRUHNER

Hans has been helping people achieve their homeownership goals since 1989. Just as importantly, he is a dedicated family man whose hobbies include traveling, camping, live music, and the occasional skateboard ride. He is also an avid pickleball player who has earned numerous tournament medals & awards.

Deeply committed to his community, Hans serves on the board of the World Kite Museum, is the current President of the Long Beach Merchants Association, and is actively involved with the Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS®

As a Senior Loan Officer for Presidential Bank Mortgage, Hans finds just as much satisfaction in helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of homeownership as he does in helping experienced buyers create the right strategy for building or rounding out their real estate portfolios.

Give Hans a call and discover why clients have trusted him for decades—and why they continue to refer their friends and family. One of his proudest accomplishments is having helped multiple generations of the same families buy and finance homes, often more than once.
