“Hans Did a great job with my clients I am a realtor and had clients they were FHA low down payment. Our market right now is very competitive for buyers because there are so few listings and sellers are very picky and generally don't like to work with FHA clients. Hans talked to the listing agent and put her at ease and helped us get into escrow. Then he went to work and he did a great job got turned around the appraisal in a week had loan approval in 3 days and Appraisal contingency was removed in 6 days. Generally FHA Loans are difficult Hans made it simple. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a loan and if you're real estate agent he was easy to work with communicative and was on top of everything and I didn't have to follow up.
